  • When is the family reunion and where will it be held? 
The 2017 family reunion will be held July 27th through July 3o in Mt. Lebanon, Gibsland, Arcadia and Ruston, LA.

  • Why Register?
Registering early will assist the reunion committee with planning and coordinating the event in a timely manner, and securing appropriate venues, catering, hotel accommodations, etc.
 
Reunion Fees
 
  • How do I pay my reunion fees? 
You can conveniently and securely pay your reunion fees using this site (click on the Reunion Fees tab).  If you choose to mail in your payment, please download and print the payment form, fill it out and mail it, together with your check or money order, to:  Judy Harper Jackson, 140 Barbara Lane, Arcadia, LA  71001.  Please write “Harper Family Reunion” in the memo section.
 
  • When is the deadline? 
The deadline for early registration at the reduced rate is May 31, 2017.  You may register at the regular rate up until the date the reunion begins.
 
  • What is included in the cost of my reunion fee? 
Your reunion fee will cover all activities associated with the reunion (see the Schedule of Events) and a souvenir T-shirt.
  
Schedule of Events
 
  • What does the committee have planned in terms of events? 
The committee is planning an Opening Reception; a Tour of the "Old Home Place" in Mt. Lebanon, LA; a Seafood Buffet Dinner; a Picnic at the Park; a Banquet and Dance; Worship Services; and a Buffet Luncheon following the church services.
   
Sponsorships
 
  • I’d like to sponsor a family member's participation.  How do I go about doing so?  
Any and all sponsorships will be handled discreetly and confidentially.  If you are sponsoring someone by paying their reunion fees online, simply fill in “their” information on the Reunion Fees tab and use “your” credit card to pay.  If you are paying their reunion fees by check or money order, download and fill in their information on the Registration Form.  Make the check/money order payable to Judy Harper Jackson nd mail it with the registration form to: Judy H. Jackson, 140 Barbara Lane, Arcadia, LA  71001.   Please write “Harper Family Reunion” in the memo section. 
 
Any other forms of sponsorship i.e. travel expenses, hotel accommodations, etc. will need to be made directly with the family member(s) you are assisting.
 
 Accommodations
 
  • When can I make my reservation? 
The Marriott Courtyard Ruston will begin taking reservations on or after _____.  The cut-off date is _____in order to get the group rate.
 
  • Will the Marriott Courtyard Ruston honor the discounted rate if I arrive a few days before the reunion or extend my stay after the reunion is over? 
No, the discounted rates will only be honored Thurday through Sunday nights. 
 
  • Does the Marriott Courtyard  Ruston have suites available? 
No, the hotel has only queen and king rooms. 
 
Banquet and Theme Colors
 
  • What is the dress attire for the banquet? 
The dress attire for the banquet is business casual to dressy.
 
  • Are there theme colors for the reunion?
The reunion theme colors will be light green, khaki and white.  The T-shirt will be kiwi green with white lettering.  The preferred colors for shorts, pants or skirts are khaki/tan, white, black or denim.
