Date and Location
 
  • When is the family reunion and where will it be held? 
The 2019 family reunion will be held on July 25th through July 28th in Madison, WI.
 
Registration
 
  • Why Register?
Registering early will assist the reunion committee with planning and coordinating the event in a timely manner, and securing appropriate venues, catering, transportation, t-shirts, door prizes, etc.
 
Reunion Fees
 
  • How do I pay my reunion fees? 
You may mail your payment in with the registration form which can be downloaded from this site, or you can conveniently and securely pay your reunion fees using through this site (click on the Reunion Fees tab).  If paying online, you must add $3.75 per registrant as a processing fee.
 
  • When is the deadline? 
The suggested deadline is June 30, 2019.  
 
  • What is included in the cost of my reunion fee? 
Your reunion fee will cover all activities associated with the reunion and a souvenir T-shirt.

  • What does the committee have planned in terms of events? 
Please see the "Schedule of Events" for a list of the planned activities and events.

Sponsorships
 
  • I’d like to sponsor a family member's participation.  How do I go about doing so?  
If you would like to assist a family member by paying their reunion fees online, simply fill in “their” information on the Reunion Fees tab and use “your” credit card to pay.  If you are paying their reunion fees by check or money order, download and fill in their information on the Registration Form and mail it as indicated.  
 
Any other forms of sponsorship i.e. travel expenses, hotel accommodations, etc. should be made directly with the family member(s) you are assisting.

Any and all sponsorships should be handled discreetly and confidentially.

  • When can I make my reservation? 
You may begin making your hotel reservations immediately.

Banquet and Theme Colors
 
  • What is the dress attire for the banquet? 
The dress attire for the banquet is business casual to dressy.
 
  • Are there theme colors for the reunion?
The reunion theme colors will be red, white and black.  The T-shirt will be red with white lettering.  The preferred colors for shorts, pants or skirts are white, tan, black or denim.  However, please feel free to wear whatever color you like.
